Action Builders is a locally owned and operated building business that can manage every aspect of your building or renovating project.
Established in 1983, Action Builders has grown through careful planning and management, to currently employ over 15 full-time staff, operate its own Joinery Workshop and specialize in all aspects of building and property construction and maintenance. To compliment our carpentry and joinery team, we also contract the services of a panel of specialist building trade companies who supply to us on an “as required” basis. This enables our company to efficiently complete all types of building, maintenance and renovations throughout Tasmania in a timely manner and to the highest quality.
Action Builders is currently a highly respected panel builder for some of Tasmania’s leading home & contents insurance companies, who utilize our services to supervise and complete building insurance claims on a statewide basis. In addition to these jobs, we undertake projects for local Insurance Assessors acting for a variety of Insurance Companies. Works include houses reconstructed after damage by fire, vandalism & storms etc.
Action Builders has also completed a variety of projects around Tasmania, including many new homes, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, hotel, office & house refurbishments, which are photographically featured throughout this site.
Our five Project Managers have over 100 combined years of experience in the Building Industry and focus heavily on providing quality control & customer satisfaction for our clients. All our managers are equipped with vehicles, mobile phones and email to enable a speedy response to any inquiries. To assist our managers and to ensure a speedy administration path, our friendly and efficient office staff are also available to assist in answering incoming inquiries during normal business hours.
As an added service to our clients, Action Builders also provides an 24hr a day service for all those unexpected emergencies that may need attending to outside business hours.
Action Builders is an fully accredited Building Practitioner (Lic CC210 O) in Tasmania.
Currently a highly regarded member of the Master Builders Association of Tasmania.
